No time? Start with 5 minutes of Pranayama, or breath work to calm the mind, 

or 10-minutes of guided meditation to  bring awareness to the present,  

or a 15-minute asana practice you can even do in a chair, when you can't make it to the mat!

After sustaining a debilitating knee injury I was able to fully recover using a mindful yoga practice. This prompted me to become a yoga teacher and  informs my teaching style as a “meet-you-where-you-are” approach.

I truly believe a mindful practice can be taught for every body to use anywhere!
